The Oravan OSA is an intraoral device used for treating Sleep Apnea and snoring. It consists of two custom fitted acrylic retainers that fit over the upper and lower teeth . The device functions as a mandibular advancement repositioner,that allows one to increase the patient's pharyngeal opening, improving their ability to exchange air during sleep and reduce vibrations. Each device is custom made for each patient and has an adjustment mechanism enabling the amount of mandibular advancement. The Oravan OSA can be adjusted a total of 6.5mm. after placement as needed.
