- What is your turnaround? 2 weeks from the day you send the case.
- Do you do rushes? Yes, There is no extra charge for rush cases. Please call in advance. (Dr. is responsible for any requested overnight shipping fees)
- Do you have a pick-up service? No. For your convenience we provide prepaid mailing labels. We return your appliances via U.P.S.
- Do you offer discounts? Yes, based on volume.
- Are there shipping charges? Yes. Charges are based on how you send the cases to us. 1 patient sent is $9. 2 patients sent is $4.50 each. 3 or more patents sent are $2 each.
- Do you do study models? No. There is a link under "Helpful Links"
- Do you seat bands? Yes, if you provide them. (We do not carry bands in stock)
- Do you pour impressions? Yes, there is a minimal charge.
- Do you accept credit cards? We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
- Do you charge for debanding? No, we do not.
